Input signal check
Connect speed log and gyrocompass and place the radar in transmit condition. Confirm
that all red LEDs, CR1, CR2, CR3, CR7, CR10, CR11 are off, provided that the ship's
speed is not zero. If a signal is absent the corresponding LED lights.
