I need to know how I only see larger fish on scree...

I need to know how I only see larger fish on screen, instead of bait fish etc. do I use the sensitivy adjustment? will lowering the snsitivity let me only see larger fish?

0 I am fishing for stripe bass in the Hudson River NY, and the run is on heavy and there are shad, herring and the striper all running at the same time.using herring as bait.
