I HAVE A 2004 FISHER MARINER 17'10' CRAPPIE FISHIN...

I HAVE A 2004 FISHER MARINER 17'10' CRAPPIE FISHING BOAT. when I TURN KEY ON I GET A BUZZING SOUND AN IT WILL NOT GO OFF EVEN WHEN I RUN THE BOAT. iT HAS A 50HP MERCURY OUTBOARD MOTOR AND I DO NOT WANT TO BLOW UP MY MOTOR, IT HAS THE AUTOMATIC OIL INJECTOR. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO, ANY SUGGESTIONS?? THANK YOU
