Hi Please help I have bought second hand motors 2 x Mercury outboard motors 115 Hp We bought carburetor kits and replaced the gaskets We bought new magneto's The mechanic has stripped and reasembled the motors still we have a problem The engines start and run erratically and as soon as you engage it in gear the boat wont go there is no power on the motors?
