I have a 1988 mercury 6hp s stroke outboard that I just purchased. It runs great once it starts. I have to pull and pull 25 30 times for it to start. It acts like no choke. I see no choke plate, only a carb throttle plate. The choke knob is pulled out and the idle turned all the way up. I must be missing something. Help. It runs great all day and idles great.
