I HAVE A NORDICTRACK POWERTREAD 2000. WHEN I TURN IT ON ALL THE WINDOWS LIGHT UP AS NORMAL. WHEN I HIT THE START BUTTON TO ENGAGE THE TRAC NOTHING HAPPENS. THEN IN THE SPEED WINDOW A MESSAGE COMES ON "E21". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? THANKS ALOT IF YOU CAN HELP. TERRY

0 E21 states that the speed sensor is not picking up the movement from the front roller. If it is dirty or has gotten too far away from the pulley on the front roller, then it will not pick up the movement. Seeing that the treadmill does not move at all tells me that there is a problem with your Motor Control Board, and it needs to be replaced.
