Question About NordicTrack Waterskis NTTL11990
Treadmill won't turn on/display not correct...

Treadmill won't turn on when start key is pushed--will only start by pushing start program key. Only speeds 4 and 10 work and stop key doesn't work. Also, can't change incline--it's stuck on 1.5 so can't fold up treadmill. HELP, please!
