THE BELT STOPS WHEN I GET ON IT, OR WILL MOVE VERY SLOWLY, I CALLED EARLIER TODAY TO THE (800) # FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I WAS TOLD TO GET THE MANUAL AND CALL BACK TO GET HELP ON HOW TO ADJUST THE BELT.
