Question About ProForm Waterskis PFTL59020
proform 520 problem...

My treadmill has been stored in the garage has never been wet. Has rarely been used. I brought it in and plugged it in. The motor does not start right away. When it does start it runs slow. When the speed is turned up it speeds up but still very slow.
