My Pyle Marine Radio..quit working. The owners man...

My Pyle Marine Radio..quit working. The owners manual shows a re set button..but I cannot find it on the unit. When turned on it just makes a soft buzzing noise and displays a bunch of unknown icons. Any suggestions to fix this?
