3 I believe error code 3 (Err 3) indicates that the Interface Board is not receiving or not processing a signal from the speed sensor. Does the LED designated SPU blink when you run the treadmill? If not, you might try unpluging and repluging the connector from the speed sensor to make sure it is properly connected.
