how do u change the settings from KM to miles per hour

4 turn machine on push settings untill the speed box on your display consol is flashing then push and hold the fast and slow buttons at the same time for five seconds and it will change to miles it worked for me .

0 I have searched the internet and my house for months looking for my manual or an online answer . So here is my Sears Free Spirit models instructions: 1. Turn off treadmill 2. With the safety pin inserted, press and hold the POWER button for 5 seconds or until SI appears in the INCLINE window. 3. Release POWER button. You are now in kilometers per hour. 4. Repeat steps 1-2 to convert to miles per hour
