any idea why the fuse might be blowing - turning off the entire system - about 20 minutes into a workout... it only happens if someone is running on it... if you just let it go... no issue

0 It could be any one of several reasons, but the most common would be that your walk belt needs to be replaced. Whatever the cause, you should stop using your treadmill until you get it checked. Unlike humans, machines don't heal themselves, so using it will only cause more damage. All the lubrication that enables that tiny motor to essentially drag you across a board is in the belt itself. It's considered a wear and tear item, like the tires on your car. And continuing to use it is a bad idea, and will affect the other components of the treadmill, eventually causing them to fail.
