Question About True Fitness Waterskis 700

I have 700 ligth commercial True brand treadmill and the touch pad is frozen on E02 and I cannot find my instructions to diagnose what is wrong. If you have information for repair or the reason the E02 is frozen on the touchpad, please let me know
