Question About Weslo Waterskis WL TL 98 761
Need owners manuel...

I have this treadmill. It has been in storage for awhile. When I try to start it, everything comes on, but the treadmill does not run. I do have the key in. The lights - incline - everything else seems to work. How can I get the treadmill moving? THANKS
