Recently, I have noticed that when all 4 batteries are hooked up, there is a short to the hand rail. Not a dead short but enough that if your skin is moist, you'll know it. In checkign the wires with a volt/ohm meter, the two heavy wires on the starboard side, one positive and one negative, show a 'mild' continuity to the rail. Any ideas? Doug woh206@earthlink.net
