I have been loaned a POWER TRED treadmill made by Hebb Ind. Inc. Model 38004. when I have tried to assemble the side rails to the "body" it seems that I would have to apply TOO MUCH PRESSURE to align the "holes & bolts" to secure the rail to the side of the actual tread portion??!! Is this normal OR is there a special way to attach these side rails? Thks In Advance Larry Lee
