Command to the controller
Remark: The device responds to one feedback command for every request except the
<SBASKATA> . After the device receives <SBASKATA>, it will send the 10th, 1/2th, IN/OUT
state, 7/8th command sequentially.
Note: Responses IN/OUT state command: SBUD0000XXYY
