Problem Cause Solution
Fluid leaking out of reservoir tank
when pump is turned off.
Tank overfilled. Do not fill reservoir tank more than
half full.
Fluid fittings leaking. Loose fittings. Tighten fittings after system reaches
desired temperature.
Hose not heating to desired tempera-
ture.
Diaphragm flow rate set too high. Decrease diaphragm pump flow rate.
