theProduct),tobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandcraftsmanshipwithonlythelimitationsorexclusionssetoutbelow.
Thiswarrantytotheoriginalretailowneronly,shallterminateandbeofnofurthereffect12monthsafterthedateoforiginal
retailsale.Thiswarrantywillbedeemedinvalidiftheproductis;(A)Damagedornotmaintainedasreasonableandnecessary,(B)Modified,alteredor
usedaspartofanyconversionkits,subassemblies,oranyconfigurationsnotsoldbyUniden.(C)Improperlyinstalled,(D)Repairedbysomeoneother
thananauthorised UnidenRepairAgentfor adefectormalfunction coveredbythis warranty.(E)Usedin conjunctionwithany equipmentorparts or
aspartofasystemnotmanufacturedbyUniden,(F)Warrantyisonlyvalidinoriginalcountryofpurchase.
Thiswarrantycoversforone(1)year,theBaseUnitandHandsetonly.Allaccessories(ACAdaptoretc)arecoveredfor90daysonly.
Intheeventthattheproductdoesnotconformtothiswarrantyatanytimewhilethiswarrantyisineffect,thewarrantorat
itsdiscretion, willrepairthe defectorreplace theproduct andreturn ittoyou withoutcharge forpartsor service. THISWARRANTY DOESNOTCOVER
ORPROVIDE FORTHEREIMBURSEMENTOR PAYMENTOF INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES.THISGUARANTEE ISINADDITIONTO AND
DOESNOTINANYWAYAFFECTYOURRIGHTSUNDERTHECONSUMERGUARANTEEACT.
