Selecting.FromtheIdlemode,presstheRANDOMCROSSkeyon
theconsole.TheLEDindicatorabovethebutton
willlight.PressENTERtoentertheSetupmodeandaccepttheworkoutprofiledisplayedinthebrickyard,orselect
anothercomputer‐generatedprofilebypressingtheRANDOMCROSSkey.EachtimeRANDOMCROSSispressed,a
newprofilewillbedisplayed.When
thedesiredprofileisvisible,confirmbypressingENTER.
