REMOTE OPERATIONS

Using the remote controller
1 Selects the source.
Each time you press FUNC (function), the source
changes.
2 Functions as the +/– button on the main unit.
• Does not function for the PSM adjustments.
3 Functions as the SEL button on the main unit.
• Does not function for the PSM adjustments.
4 • Functions as the TUNER/BAND button while listening
to the radio.
• Functions as the TAPE/PROG button while listening to
a tape.
• Functions as the +DISC button while listening to the
CD changer.
Each time you press the button, the disc number
increases, and selected disc starts playing.
5 • Functions as the station searching button while listening
to the radio.
• Functions as the fast forward or rewind button or Multi
Music Scan button while listening to a tape.
• Functions as the fast forward or reverse button or track
selecting button while listening to a CD.
6 Turns on or off the power.
When the controllable
range or effectiveness of
the remote controller
decreases, replace the
batteries — R03(UM-4)/
AAA(24F).
Before using the remote controller:
• Aim the remote controller directly at the remote sensor on
the main unit. Make sure there is no obstacle in between.
• Do not expose the remote sensor to strong light (direct
sunlight or artificial lighting).
