The temperature
inside the appliance
is too low.

Set a warmer
temperature.
The Super freeze function is
still switched on. The Super
freeze function switches
itself off automatically after
approx. 30 - 65 hours.
You can switch off the Super
freeze function earlier to
save energy:

Press the Super freeze
button.
The compressor is
switching in too
frequently or for too
long.
The ventilation gaps have
been covered over or
become dusty.

Do not cover or block the
ventilation gaps.
^
Dust the compressor and
the ventilation gaps and
the heat exchanger
regularly.
Check whether the
compressor, the metal grille
(heat exchanger) at the rear
of the appliance have
become dusty.
The door has been opened
too frequently, or a large
amount of fresh food has
been put in at once for
freezing.
Only open the door when
necessary and for as short
a time as possible.
The required temperature
will re-establish itself after a
while.

The higher the ambient
temperature, the longer the
compressor will run for.
