REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION

Operation of some of the functions of Pioneer components bearing the
_il mark is possible.
[CASSETTE DECK OPERATION]
Set the AUDIO/VIDEO to
switch AUDIO.

(_) Operation buttons
TAPE SELECT button:
Selects the cassette No. (1 to 6) for a multi-cassette changer.
<1 (PLAY) button:
Selects reverse playback.
• (STOP) button:
Stops the tape transport.
I_ (PLAY) button:
Selects forward playback.
DECK I button:
Switches to the Deck I functions when using a double cassette
deck.
DECK II button:
Switches to the Deck II functions when using a double cassette
deck.
<P,e (FF) button:
Rapidly advances the tape in the direction of the arrow.
(FF) button:
Rapidly advances the tape in the direction of the arrow.
NOTE..
• Some cassette decks cannot be controlled using TAPE SELECT
button.
• The <l button can only be used with cassette decks capable of
reverse play.
• Some buttons will not work with all types of cassette decks. Refer
to the operating instructions for more information.
• When operating the tape deck, be sure to use the DECK I or DECK II
button to choose the desired deck before using the other operating
buttons.
• When using a single deck, press the DECK/I button before using the
other operating buttons.

II (PAUSE) button: Pause
1_4 (TRACK SEARCH) button:
Returns to the beginning of the track currently in playing.
=H,4 (TRACK SEARCH) button:
Advances to the next track.
I_ (PLAY) button:
Selects playback.
DISC SELECT button:
Selects the DISC No. (1 to 6) for multi-play CD players.
It may also be used to select Twin CD DISC 1/11.
NOTE:
Some mufti-play CD players cannot be controlled using this button.
• (STOP) button:
Stops playback.

_) CD POWER button
Switches CD player power ON/OFF. This only applies to CD player
which you can switch ON/OFF by remote control operation.
[TV OPERATION]
Set the AUDIO/VIDEO switch to VIDEO.
_) Operation buttons
TV VOL (volume) ( +, -) buttons:
Raises (+) and lowers (-) the volume.
TV CH (channel) (+, -) buttons:
Switches TV channels in order.
TV POWER button:
Switches the power of the TV ON/OFF.
