[Description] Changes the Memory Switch specified by a to the value specified by b.
- When b = 48, the Memory Switch is set to OFF.
- When b = 49, the Memory Switch is set to ON.
- When b = 50, does not change the Memory Switch.
• When a = 2, Memory Switch 2 is set as follows:
