Quick, easy options to manage
your account
With PCS Customer Service Solutions, you can visit
www.sprintpcs.com or use your PCS Phone to access
Claire, your virtual service representative. She'll guide
you to the information you need.
Visit www.sprintpcs.com
Once you log on, you can:
• View the details of your PCS Service Plan
• Find out how many minutes you have used and how
many minutes are remaining in your plan
• View your current and previous three months invoices,
including the call detail
• Click on “Claire's Directory For Service Solutions” to:
•Make a payment
•Find out about PCS Products and Services
•Learn how to set up your voicemail and more
