Care and Cleaning
Whenyouhavecompletedmincing,unplug
themincerfromthepoweroutlet.
Ensurethatallaccessoriesandattachments
arewashedthoroughlywithhot,soapywater.
Toremovemeatthatisstuckinthefine
andmediumdiscs,aligntheholesofthe
mincingdiscwiththecleaningdisc.Push
thecleaningdiscintothemincingdisc.As
showninfigure1.
Anymeatstuckinthemincingdiscwillbe
pushedout.Anyremainingmeatthatisstill
inthemincingdiscshouldbewashedoff
usingasoftspongeandhotsoapywater.
Toremovefoodsfromthecoarsedisc,rinse
discundercold,runningwatertoforcemeat
fromholes.Anyremainingmeatstuckonthe
mincingdiscshouldbewashedoffusinga
softspongeandhotsoapywater.
Ensurethatallattachmentsanddiscsare
driedthoroughlybeforestoring.Ifdiscsare
notdried,rustmayoccuronthediscs.
Tip:Tostoremincingdiscs,werecommend
rubbingalittlevegetableoilontheoutsideof
thediscs.
Warning:Takecareinwashingallattachment
componentstoensurethatthereisnofood
particlesleftin/aroundthemincingdiscs,
sausage/kebbemakingattachments,blade
andmincingscrew.Wedonotrecommend
dishwashinganyofthemincingattachments.
Note: Alwaysunplugthemincertoclean.
Donotwash/immersethemincerbodyin
water–cleanthispartonlybywipingusinga
dampcloth.
