Disassembly Step 1
Remove the downstream shaft nut,
simultaneously holding the upstream shaft
nut to prevent the shaft from turning.
Disassembly Step 2
Remove downstream hanger assembly
from the shaft.
To do this you must withdraw the shaft in
the upstream direction to allow the
insertion of a pin into the hole in the
downstream hanger hub.
Push the shaft back against the pin and tap
the shaft lightly to free the downstream
hanger assembly.
