(2)Press the [VFO], [MR] or [CALL] key to switch to the
frequency display.
(3)Turn the encoder to display the lower limit frequency on
the LCD.
(4)Press the [CALL] key to switch to the adjustment display.
(5) Press the [PTT] key to enable the transmit mode.
(6)Turn the encoder to change the current APC value and adjust
the transmission power.
(7)Press the [MENU] key to write the current APC value into
the EEPROM.

(1)Press the [LAMP] or [MONI] key on the transceiver to display
“P13C” on the LCD.
