Semi-self test is started by turning the POWER switch o

with the 4 (AM) and T-F SET switches pressed
.
This test provides a method of testing the TS-440 digita
l
system in a shorter time during production or servicing
. Th
e
test enables the following
:

Circuits which are difficult to test during program execu-
tion to be tested easily
. For example, dynamic data ca

be ouput as static data
.

Items on which information is held only by the CPU an

is not available to the user to be tested
