Turning the
device
on
and
off
When
turning
on
the
device for
the
first time,
follow
the
on-screen instructions
to
set
up
your
device.

hold
the
Power
button
for
a few
seconds
to
turn
the
device on.
To
turn
the
device off, press and
hold
the
Power
button
for
a few seconds, and
then
tap
Power off.
Connecting to a
Wi-Fi
network
On
the
Applications
screen,
tap
Settings
~
Connections~
Wi-Fi,
and
then
drag
the
Wi-Fi
switch
to
the
right.
Select
a
network
from
the
list
of
detected Wi-Fi networks, enter a
password
if
necessary, and
then
tap
Connect.
