Favorite Name Setting
Giving a name to Preset Memory registered to
Favorite.
1 Enter Search mode (In iPod/USB/SIRIUS source
only)
Press the [ ] button.
“SEARCH/FAVORITE” is displayed.
2 Enter Favorite mode
Press the [ ] button.
Registered favorite items are displayed.
3 Select the number you want to Name set
Turn the [VOL] knob.
4 Enter Favorite name set mode
Press the [DISP] button for at least 1 second.
Select the “FAVORITE NAME SET” display.
5 Enter the name
Operation type Operation
Move the cursor to the enter
character position
Press the [
] or [ ] button.
Select the character type* Press the [ENTER] button.
Select the characters Turn the [VOL] knob.
* Each time you press the [ENTER] button, the character
type alternates between the types shown in the table
below.

6 Exit Favorite name set mode
Press the [DISP] button.
Cancelling the Name set
