Torque control is not
exercised normally.
Is torque control selected
in control mode selection
(Pr. 800)?
Is the phase sequence
of the motor wiring correct?
Does the voltage of the
torque command signal
(across 3-5) change?
Does the torque command
value match the inverter-
recognized value?
Have you set the speed
restriction level and is
that value correct?
Check the wiring and
perform correct wiring.
Set the motor in
motor setting (Pr. 71).
Perform offline auto tuning (Pr. 71, Pr. 80, Pr. 81, Pr. 83, Pr. 84, Pr. 96)
or enter the motor constants (Pr. 90 to Pr. 94).
Speed setting potentiometer fault
Open cable between the setting
potentiometer and terminal
Calibrate the torque command
bias/gain No. 3 terminal
(Pr. 904, Pr. 905).
Calibrate the speed
setting bias/gain
No. 2 terminal
(Pr. 902, Pr. 903).
Turn on the multi-speed
signal (RH, RM, RL, REX).
Have you set the number
of PLG pulses (Pr. 851)
and is it correct?
Perform correct
wiring.
Set the number of
PLG pulses
(Pr. 851).
Select torque control
in control mode
selection (Pr. 800).
Set speed restriction in the parameters
(Pr. 805 to Pr. 807).
Is the corresponding
multi-speed signal
(RH, RM, RL, REX) on?
Check the multi-speed settings
(Pr. 4 to 6, 24 to 27, 232 to 239).
Have you set the
motor type?
Is the wiring length
short?
Is the phase sequence
of the PLG correct?
Is an external
command used?
Is an analog
input used?
Is the SF-THY, SF-VH, SF-LHA,
SF-LHCA or Blue Max
®
2000 used?
