4.4.2 Packet Filtering
Packet Filtering window allows you to control the access to a network by letting the
incoming and outgoing packets pass or not based on the information (Source IP
Address, Destination IP Address, Source Port, Destination Port, Protocol, etc.).
Used properly, Packet Filtering is a tool for improving network security. It is processed
from the lower entry number to the higher entry number. For more information about
default settings or instructions about each entry number, please refer to Page 134.
To add new entries
1. Click [Packet Filtering] on the Setup Page.
