there is no reason for you not having complete
success following these instructions. That is,
if’ you follow the instructions completely, step
by step. You are encouraged to read these in-
structions completely, all the way through,
before starting the procedure. That way you
will have a general understanding of what all is
involved before “diving in”.
The first thing to do is to “digup” your DOS 3.3
master diskette which has Apple’s MASTER
CREATE utility on it. (If you’re a CP/M or
Pascal user, you’ll find your DOS diskettes
buried in the bottom left hand corner of the
closet, on top of the DOS 3.2.1 diskettes.)
These instructions are going to assume that you
have your (first) controller card in slot six,
and your (first) drive attached as drive one
(you won’t get very far having your only drive
connected as drive’ two). If your drive is not
connected in this manner, and you are not an old
hand at using Apple DOS, then you should prob-
ably rearrange your system into this configura-
tion for the duration of the enhancing proced-
ure.
