Turn off circuit breakers and wall switch to the fan
supply line leads.
Warning: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to
installation may result in serious injury or death. To
reduce the risk of shock, this fan must be installed with
an isolating wall control/switch.

attached to the building structure and can support the full weight of the fan.
Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death.

Setting Frequency Switches
The remote control unit is operated by a set of frequency switches and
are preset at the factory. The switches are located at the back of the
remote control unit and in the top motor housing of the fan on the
receiving module. The switches can be set in any position as long as both
the wall unit and receiving module switches are set the same. All (RF)
modules & Transmitters come from the factory with the dip switches set
in the (ON) position. To replace battery, simply push down on tab and
slide housing cover off. Place 12 volt battery into battery compartment
and slide housing cover back onto remote control unit.
Note: In the event there are multiple remote units in an area, dip switches can be set to
different settings so one remote doesn’t inadvertently turn on more than one fan.
