Attaching Blade Arms and Light Kit Assembly
Attach Blade Arms (5 each) to motor using Motor screws (10 each)
supplied. Tighten securely.
Connect the hot(black) and neutral(white) wires from the Fixture Plate
(6) to the corresponding wires from the Fan Housing & Motor (5) and
attach Fixture Plate using the three mounting screws supplied. Install
included CFL Bulb (7) into socket and cover with twist-lock Glass (8).
Step 3 - Flushmount Installation
Note: Blade Arms must be removed prior to start of Flushmount
Installation. Remove Blade Arm to Motor screws (2 per arm) and set
aside for re-installation.
With Mounting Bracket (1B) attached to outlet box, secure safety
cable over Mounting Bracket hook to suspend Fan Housing & Motor
(5) during wiring as described in step #14 of Electrical Connections.
Insert two mounting screws on opposing sides into Mounting Bracket
leaving enough space to attach Fan Housing & Motor through the
key-hole mounting positions. Insert remaining two mounting screws
into Fan Housing & Motor and tighten all four mounting screws
securely.
