DS/EN 13829 is a multi-point test. However, the DM-2A mark II can also provide for
quick single-point checks of the enclosure. To perform a single-point test, follow these
steps:
1. Assess and measure the Envelope Area as specified in the standard.
2. Assess and measure the Net Floor Area as specified in the standard.
3. Assess and measure the Internal Volume of the building as specified in the standard.
4. With your gauge on and running and from the main operation screen, press the MOde
keypad button to set your gauge to the Air Chg mode.
5. Press the enteR keypad button and input the Internal Volume as measured in step 3.
6. Press the MOde keypad button to display screen to view the Flow/Area mode.
