addUser
Add a new user configuration to the CC-SG.

Remove the user with the provided name from the CC-SG.
Note: You cannot delete the SuperUser.

Assign a user to a group to control their access of the CC-SG.
Note: You cannot add users to or delete users from the SuperUser
group.
