6.2 VCR Plus+ Programming System
The VCR Plus+ system allows you to use
special codes included in most television
channel guides to record particular
broadcasts. These codes provide the
following information to the recorder:

Broadcast Channel
Start time
End time

6.2.1 VCR Plus
+ Automatic Timer Recording
VCR Plus+ makes programming timer
recordings very simple. Most television
guides publish VCR Plus+ system PlusCode
numbers with their program details. To make
a timer recording from broadcast signals,
input the code for that program. The date,
start/stop times, and channel settings are
automatically programmed. To complete the
timer recording settings, select a recording
mode, the quality level, and the recording
frequency.
