10-3 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
10-3-1 FRONT COVER
Attach the front cover to the engine main bearing cover.
Match the faucet joint and tighten the bolts.

(1)
Wipe off oil, grease and dust from the tapered portion of
(2) Mount the rotor to the engine shaft.
engine shaft and matching tapered hole

rotor shaft.
Tighten the through bolt.
Apply a wrench on the through bolt and hit wrench handle
clockwise with a hammer
to
tighten.
If
an impact wrench is available, use it.
