6. Run the self-extracting file you downloaded. At the Unzip To Folder prompt,
specify A:\.
Verify that the floppy disk contains the following files:
modules.cgz
modules.dep
modinfo
pcitable

Driver Floppy Disk 2 (Installed Operating System)
Perform the following steps to create a driver floppy disk for installing a new or
upgrading an older version of the qla2x00 driver on an already installed Red Hat
Linux 6.2 or 7.0 operating system:
1. Download the qla2x00-x.xx-xx.i386.rpm file from the QLogic Web site.
2. If What would you like to do with this file? displays, select Save this file
to disk.
3. Insert a blank floppy disk.
4. Download the file to the floppy disk.

Source Code Driver Floppy Disk
Perform the following steps to create a qla2x00 or qla2300 driver floppy disk that
contains the source code. This floppy disk can be created for use on Red Hat
Linux 6.2, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2.
1. Download the qla2x00src-vx.xx.tgz file from the QLogic Web site.
2. If What would you like to do with this file? displays, select Save this file
to disk.
3. Insert a blank floppy disk.
4. Download the file to the floppy disk.
