To hardwire the inverter to a 12 V battery:
1. Make sure the power inverter’s ON/OFF switch is in the OFF
position.
2. Use an 8 AWG (or heavier) wire to a maximum total length of 2 m
(6.5').
3. Install a 60 A automotive fuse in the positive (red) wire, close to the
end that will attach to the battery.
