occur with the XPower 450.
If you have a problem with the inverter, please review this section before
contacting Xantrex Customer Service. If you are unable to solve a
problem and need to contact Xantrex, please prepare for the call by
writing down the following details:
• When and where purchased
• Inverter’s serial number
• How long the inverter has been in use
• Where it is installed
• Appliances operating when the problem occurred
