How to operate the MP3/WMA player
Listening to MP3/WMA file
Press the [DISC MS] button for less than one second to
switch to the CD player mode.
This starts MP3/WMA file play.
Disc mode from CD player ➔ Memory Stick player in order each
time the button is pressed.
If an external CD changer is connected, each additional press of the
[DISC MS] button will switch modes from CD changer 1 ➔ CD
changer 2 ➔ Memory Stick player ➔ CD player.
A changer or player with no discs loaded will be skipped.
● Playback may be intermittent when there is a scratch on a CD
or when the recorded side is dirty.
● Only two external CD changers may be connected.
● Note ●
●When music data recorded in the normal way (CD-DA) is
present on the same disc with MP3/WMA music files, the
normally recorded music data will be played. To listen to
the MP3/WMA music files, press button [3] for more than
one second.
●When a non-MP3/WMA file is played, "NO SUPPORT" will
appear.
●The optional CD changer cannot be used to play MP3/
WMA files.
●WMA files protected by license control are skipped.
Playback continues after the skipped file. In the event that
all files are protected by license control the CD-R will not
playback and ìPROTECTî will be displayed.
