Assembling the 38P connector
1. Bundle unused wires outside the connector case.
2. Fix the cover 1, noting the cable outgoing direction.
3. Dress the wires and fix the covers 2 and 3. Use a fragment of cable
sheath to fix the wires at the cable clamp.
4. Shorten unused wires and tape their ends with vinyl tape to prevent short
circuit.
