If one or more of the color bars are still missing, repeat the
cleaning sequence by pressing the Clean button once again.
When cleaning ends, the printer outputs a cleaning page that you
may discard as normal office waste.
If the second cleaning sequence does not cure the light stripes or
missing colors problem, you can press the Clean button for a
third time to repeat the cleaning sequence.

If your prints still have color stripe problems after the third
cleaning sequence, turn the printer off for at least 12 hours to
allow the ink to solidify. Turning the printer on again after is has
completely cooled down automatically purges ink.
8.
If your prints still have color stripe problems, service may be
required.
9.
Return the printer to normal operation by pressing the button
until the Ready message appears.
