OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
O p eration with Wakeboard
Rack and Ballast Tanks

WARNING
Operate wit h extra c aution:
NEVER perform aggressive ma-
neuvers including spin-out.
NEVER jump wa ves .
Use common sense and limit
speed.
Otherwise, wakeboard or tanks
coulddetachoroccupantscould
fall off and get injured against the
wakeboard, rack or tanks.
Rou gh Water or Poor
Visibility Operation
Avoid operation in these cond itions. If
you must do so, proceed with caution
and prudence using mi nimum speed.
Crossing Waves
Reduce s peed.
Always be prepared to steer a nd bal-
ance as ne cessary.
When crossing wakes, always keep a
safe distance from watercraft ahead.
WARNING
When crossing w akes, slow down.
Operator and passenger(s) can
brace themselves by posti ng. Do
not jump wave s or wakes .

The watercraft is slowed by water
drag. The stopping distance will vary
depending on the wat erc raft size,
weight, speed, water surface condi-
tion, presence and direction of wind
and current.

The operator should become familiar-
ized with the stopping distance under
different conditions.
Release the throttle at a sufficient dis-
tance before the ex pec ted landi ng
area.

Shift to neutral, revers e or forward, a s
required.

Directional control is reduced
whenthethrottleisreleased
and/or when engi ne is off.

NO TICE
It is not recommended to
run the watercraft to the beach.
Come slow ly to the beach and shut off
the engine using the DESS key before
water depth is less tha n 90 cm (3 ft) un-
der the lowest rear portion of the h ull,
then pull the w a tercraft to the beach.
NO TICE
Riding the watercraft in
shallower water might damage the
impeller or other jet pump compo-
nents.
