5.4. Cleaning the hop per loader

Stop the con vey ing pro ce dure.
Switch off the hop per by means of the on/off switch on the con -
nec tion hous ing.
Switch off the con vey ing con trol by means of the main switch.
Dis con nect the unit from mains sup ply.
Depressurize all sys tem sec tions of the equip ment.
Open the ten sion ring (A).
Re move the hop per loader lid.
Re move the clean ing unit.
Open the ten sion ring (B).
Re move the up per part of the hop per
loader.
Clean the hop per loader by means of a
vac uum cleaner.
In stall the up per part of the hop per loader.
Close the ten sion ring (B).
Mount the clean ing unit.
Mount the hop per loader lid.
Close the ten sion ring (A).
In stall the hop per.
