To split the screen:
1. From a Sonar Page, press ADJ/MENU.TheAdjustment
Menu appears.
2. Use the ROCKER to select Split When Zoomed,andpress
ENTER.
3. Use the ROCKER again to select On,andpressENTER.
The current page is now a split screen.
If the Zoom option was set to Off,thelastusedZoom
settingisusedforonesideofthesplitscreen,andtheother
sideofthescreenisnotzoomed.Ifthescreendoesnot
split, select a setting other than Off for the Zoom option.
If Zoom contains a setting other than Off, the current Zoom
settingisusedforhalfofthescreen,andtheothersideis
notzoomed.
Using the Flasher Page
If you prefer the appearance of asher sonars, use the Flasher Page.
It provides an almost instantaneous return of what is below your
boat. See “Using the Adjustment Menu” on page 35 for information
about the settings and how to change them.
The most intense, constant signal on the Flasher Page is the actual
depth and bottom:
• A
(such as silt or mud) creates a signal that is
narrow and more faint.
• A
(such as sand or rock) creates a signal that is
wider.
The colors indicate the different strengths of the signals.
